  • *Free replacements and shipping may not apply on rush orders or delays caused by carrier due to customer error, shipping exception or mother nature.
  • Engraved, imprinted and custom products may not be canceled or changed after approval is given and production begins.
  • If your order was placed by credit card, a refund will be processed upon receipt of your returned merchandise, less shipping charges. Please allow 30-60 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement, or a refund check to be processed and mailed. Open accounts will be credited upon receipt.
  • Production time is needed to meet event dates and relies equally on your quickness and diligence to respond and approve all necessary communications with Trophy either via email or phone. Trophy is not responsible in delays in production caused by slow correspondance or multiple change requests to the order.
  • In the case of an engraving/artwork error, if the produced item(s) match the proof approved by the purchaser, Trophy reservers the right not to allow a return or exchange for the order in part or full. If the purchaser selects the "Wave Proof" option on an item, all Trophy guarantees are void.
  • All boxes are considered packaging and thus not subject to Guarantees or Returns & Exchanges.

About Our Lowest Price Gurantee

If within 30 days of the date you purchase a product from Trophy.com, you see the exact same product on Trophy.com website at a lower published retail price, we will refund you the difference up to $100. Please check the eligibility rules and conditions below before making a claim.

Note: Items purchased through a bundling arrangement, specific promotion, or coupon are not eligible for the Lowest Price Promise.

To get paid for the published retail price difference, send your Order Confirmation number, your order confirmation email and a proof of the lower price advertised on the website, and we will refund you the price difference. The terms and conditions apply, see below.

ELIGIBILITY

Each time you purchase from Trophy, you automatically receive the Lowest Price Promise benefits for 30 days.

You can claim a Lowest Price Promise benefit at any time within 30 days of your purchase, if the published retail price of the item you purchased has dropped. For a claim to be valid, the Shopping Guarantee must be valid and you must have purchased from Trophy within 30 days and have a valid order confirmation number. A claim must include the following:

1. Proof of guarantee:

Your order confirmation number and your email address used during the transaction. The order confirmation number is provided to you on the order confirmation page and via email. You can also access a record of your guaranteed purchase when you login to your Trophy account (you will need to have registered first).

2. Proof of lower price:

We recommend you send us a screenshot and the URL of the same item you purchased, showing the new price (We do not accept printed materials, or email text as proof of lower price).

All claims must be made by sending an email to service@trophy.com

Our staff will verify your claim within 10 working days. We reserve the right to contact you in order to get more information.

Lowest Price Promise - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

a.You (the buyer) must meet eligibility requirements: Each time you (the buyer) receives a Guarantee when purchasing from Trophy.com, you automatically receive the Lowest Price Guarantee benefits for 30 days (NOTE: This benefit may not be available at the time of your purchase.) You can claim a Lowest Price Promise benefit at any time within 30 days of your purchase if the published retail price of the item you purchased has dropped. For a claim to be valid, the Lowest Price Guarantee must have been present during your purchase.

b. You (the buyer) must make a claim following the instructions above in "CLAIM". We will review such claim for completeness and legitimacy, and, if approved, will make payment directly to you.

c. Lowest Price Promise is available only as follows:

  1. for a claim greater than $5, up to $100 per transaction and up to a maximum of $200 per claimant in any twelve-month period;
  2. only the purchaser of the original item, to whom the Trophy.com Lowest Price Promise was provided to at the time of sale, may submit a claim;
  3. the claim must be filed within 30 days of the original date of purchase;
  4. The price reduction that is the subject of the claim must pertain to the same item SKU (when applicable) being offered for sale on Trophy.com, on the Trophy.com terms and conditions.
  5. The Lowest Price Promise will not apply to any item purchased for which a volume discount, a coupon, a bundling arrangement (eg: two-for-one), a customer rebate, an inventory liquidation, "Closeout Sale", "going out of business", "free offer", "CyberMonday", "Black Friday", "Deal of the Day" promotion or other similar special promotional pricing mechanism is applied to the original purchase or the proof of lower price submission.
  6. Shipping, handling, taxes, surcharges, and any other similar fees will be excluded from determination of any claim;
  7. No claims may arise from a currency fluctuation; all claims will be reviewed in US dollar terms as priced on the merchant website.
  8. The Lowest Price Promise will not apply to partial, incomplete or cancelled orders, or to any order that is otherwise disputed by either party.
  9. Items not eligible for a Lowest Price Promise are: one-of-a kind items (including custom orders); limited edition items; going-out-of-business sale items; services and additional costs (such as rush fees, art charges, shipping or handling); used, altered, rebuilt and refurbished items; custom-built items; land and buildings; negotiable instruments (such as promissory notes, stamps and travelers checks); items provided under a leasing arrangement, gift certificates and its equivalent. Normally, items that do not have a standard SKU will not be eligible for Price Guarantee.
  10. We will be the final arbiter of all claims under the Lowest Price Promise, and all claim determinations will be final.
